Legal Fees for Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), Transfer & Loan Agreement:-

The legal fees payable to your solicitor is governed by the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 1991 which provides the Standard Scale in determining your Solicitor’s fees.

Legal fees for SPA, Transfer & Loan Documentation are charged separately.

1. Purchase from individual/public auction/developer etc (Non HDA* regulated SPA)

2. Purchased from developer with HDA* regulated SPA

3. Stamp duty on SPA/Transfer of Title

4. Stamp duty on loan

Principal Agreement = Loan amount x 0.5%
Supplementary Agreement = RM 10 per copy
